Your Reset establishes the CleanAbode standard. Regular Care maintains it. Explore what’s included throughout your apartment, along with the details specific to each service.
Kitchen care
Kitchen surfaces, cupboard fronts, appliance exteriors and floors are cleaned and carefully finished. We’ll run one dishwasher load, then hand-wash anything that cannot safely go in the dishwasher. Your Reset also includes the inside of the microwave and a full interior clean of either your fridge or freezer—you choose which. Regular Care maintains the finish, taking care of everyday marks, grease and build-up between visits.
Every room
Bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces and hallways are cared for from surfaces to floors, including mirrors, touchpoints and the details that make your apartment feel properly finished. Your Reset gives built-up dust and overlooked areas the deeper attention needed to establish the standard; Regular Care keeps it there.
Windows and upholstery
Window sills and accessible frames are included in your care, alongside dry vacuuming of rugs, sofas and suitable upholstery. A full interior window detail is available for £10 per complete framed window; exterior glass is not included.
A finished home
Beds are neatened using your existing bedding, bins are emptied and relined, and cushions, throws, towels and dining chairs are straightened. Visible pet hair is removed from suitable surfaces, leaving your home ready to enjoy.
Cleaning only: household laundry, linen changing, organising and decluttering are not included. Storage interiors, oven cavities and racks, exterior windows, wet textile treatments and litter-tray or pet care are excluded.

03What happens after the Reset?+
You decide whether you want Weekly or Fortnightly Regular Care. Nothing begins and nothing is charged unless you explicitly choose to continue.
04Is CleanAbode only for Cortland residents?+
Yes. CleanAbode is launching exclusively at Cortland at Colliers Yard. It is an independent, resident-led service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Cortland.
05How does Jen get into my apartment?+
You let Jen in when she arrives. You can stay at home or head out afterwards. Jen closes the auto-locking door when she leaves; no keys are needed.
